Doubts are part of the path

I’d be lying if I said I never had doubts.
In this line of work, there are moments where I pause and wonder: Am I truly meant to be doing this? When I meet new clients, I sometimes feel a little nervous. A little shy. I wonder if they’ll fully open, if they’ll allow themselves to experience what they’re capable of receiving.
And sometimes the quiet question appears: Am I good enough for this work?
But every time those thoughts arise, I return to the present moment and remember how Reiki entered my life. I remember how naturally this path unfolded and how deeply it has transformed me.
Then something beautiful happens.
A message arrives.
A testimonial.
A reflection from someone who experienced a shift they didn’t expect.
Every time I read those words, my heart expands in two directions at once. Part of me wants to curl up in humility and gratitude. Another part of me feels radiant and expansive, reminded that this work is far bigger than my doubts.
Reiki has changed my life completely, and I am deeply grateful to serve as a channel for this energy.
But I want to be clear about something important.
I am not the healer.
Reiki doesn’t work because of me.
It works because you are ready.
My role is simply to hold a clear, open space where your body and energy can return to balance. I help create the conditions for healing but the healing itself comes from within you.
Anyone can receive a Reiki session.
But the real transformation happens for those who continue the work. The ones who allow the integration to unfold. The ones who listen, reflect, and keep moving forward with intention.
Those are the moments where healing truly begins.
